The finely textured outer fabric on the bottom and top of the bed feels high-quality and pleasant to the touch. At the same time, it proves to be extremely robust against abrasion and resistant to pet hair, which facilitates external cleaning. The lightfastness of the fabric underlines the applicability of the dog bed as a deliberate design element, especially in rooms flooded with light. The bed can be disassembled into its individual parts via a hidden zipper and is convenient to clean in the washing machine. The Oeko-Tex certified fabric meets the highest quality standards and is 100% free of harmful substances.

The four side cushions and the bottom cushion are particularly strong in shape due to the coordinated filling of orthopedic Visco flakes and have a high rebound force. This results in optimal protection for bones and joints even for heavy dogs.

In the development of the dog bed, we have consciously paid attention to making the dog bed as easy to clean as possible.

The noble outer fabric is very easy to clean. Damp sponges with soapy water can be used for external cleaning without hesitation.

Washing machine cleaning:

Both the covers and the inner cushions can be conveniently cleaned in the washing machine up to 40°C. Zippers are located on the long sides of each chamber for easy removal of the inner cushions.

Drying:

The cover and inner pillows can be conveniently dried in a gentle cycle in the dryer.

Delivery is made by Swiss Post. There are no additional taxes, duties, or fees.

* Express orders received by us by 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same working day. Please note that no Saturday delivery is available for express shipments in Germany. Furthermore, only small items can be sent by express. Large and heavy packages such as dog beds cannot be sent by express. In this case, the order will be dispatched by standard or premium shipping, and the express shipping fees will be refunded.

** If delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before placing the order. Shipments to Switzerland are always sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). So there are no further charges for you.

Package Status

With the shipping notification, you will receive the tracking number for your package. You can then track the current status of your delivery at the Parcels App website at any time.  

Returns & Exchange (Switzerland - see notes below)

The cost of returning the item must be borne by the buyer. The package can be returned via a shipping service of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number. Please send the package exclusively to the following address:

Additional info for returns from a non-EU country

Please ensure that returns from a non-EU country are declared as a return. If receiving the return is only possible against a fee due to incorrect labeling, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the incurred costs from the refund amount.

Return policy for Switzerland 

Once your order has been imported into Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. The email contains a link where you can register your return. Registering the return is mandatory, as otherwise, we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. You will find detailed instructions in your package. Alternatively, you can download the information sheet here.

In your package, we have already provided you with a return label. The following costs apply for the return label, which will be deducted from the refund:
Packages up to 2kg - 20 CHF
Packages over 2kg - 30 CHF
