The shipping costs depend on the order value and the shipping country. The tables below show the different arrangements.

* Express orders received by 2pm will be shipped the same business day. Please note that express shipments in Germany will not be delivered on Saturdays.

** If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the local customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to check with the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order.

Package status

With the shipment notification you will receive The tracking number for your package. Via the Parcels App page you can check the current status of your shipment at any time.

Return & Exchange

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs incurred, by reshipping back to the buyer in case of an exchange, will again be borne by William Walker.

The package may be returned using a shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking number. Please send the package to the following address:

In order to ensure a quick processing of your return or exchange, please include the official return form with your order number, your name and an info if you want a refund or exchange.

Additional information for returns from a non-EU country

Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as a return. If, due to incorrect labeling, acceptance of the return is only possible against payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount.

Even though leather products age individually over time and tell their own story, proper care is absolutely recommended for the longest possible life expectancy.

For cleaning the leather a cloth moistened with water in combination with proper rubbing is sufficient. Afterwards, a dry cloth should be used to absorb any remaining moisture.

Important: Neither collar nor leash, should be treated with harsh detergents, nor exposed to intensive, prolonged contact with water, for example, bathing or swimming. Intensive water contact, especially with salt water, may cause discoloration.

Suede and nappa leather collection: For optimal protection against water and dirt, we recommend our impregnation spray Protect. (Attention: The impregnation spray Protect must not be used for the smooth leather collection).

Our dog leash is available in two different variants and two different sizes:

1st variant:

3-way adjustable: the 3-way adjustable leash has two carabiners, two D-rings and an O-ring, so that the leash can be adjusted to three different lengths. It is therefore flexible to use and the right variant for daily use.

City Leash: Our City Leash has a fixed length of 1.5m and a fixed wrist loop. It is about 90g lighter than the 3-way adjustable version and is the right choice for city walks with a tight lead.

2nd size:

Standard size: the standard size is designed for collar sizes S-XL with a width of 2cm.

For small dogs: The small version is thinner (instead of 2cm only 1.5cm) and equipped with much lighter fittings. The small leash is thus specially adapted to the needs of small dogs, both for weight and visual reasons.
