Return & Exchange
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs incurred, by reshipping back to the buyer in case of an exchange, will again be borne by William Walker.
The package may be returned using a shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking number. Please send the package to the following address:

Additional information for returns from a non-EU country
Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as a return. If, due to incorrect labeling, acceptance of the return is only possible against payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount.
Even though leather products age individually over time and tell their own story, proper care is absolutely recommended for the longest possible life expectancy.
For the cleaning the leather a cloth moistened with water in combination with proper rubbing is sufficient. Subsequently, the remaining moisture should be absorbed with a dry cloth.
Important: Neither collar nor leash, should be treated with harsh detergents, nor exposed to intensive, prolonged contact with water, for example, bathing or swimming. Intensive water contact, especially with salt water, may cause discoloration. For optimal protection against water and dirt, we recommend our impregnation spray Protect.

Eigentlich trage ich nur sehr schlichte Farben, so also auch das Zubehör meiner kleinen Luna, aber das wunderschöne helle Blau hat mich wirklich überzeugt!
Außerdem finde ich die Idee der Kotbeutelspender wirklich klasse, findet man woanders auch nur sehr selten.

Uns gefällt es sehr gut, vorallem die Farbe Coral. Zudem ist es stabil genug für unseren Dobermann. Das einzige was etwas schwierig war, war die Größenfindung. Unser Hund liegt genau zwischen 2 Größen, dadurch passt es gerade so, dass es ihm nicht zu groß ist im letzten Loch. Sonst top.

Die Firma William Walker stellt einfach wunderschöne Produkte her. Qualität, Optik und dabei der Preis sind unschlagbar! Das Halsband ist mit meinem Welpen mitgewachsen und wir sind nun beim letzten Loch angekommen - werde das Halsband aber auf Jeden Fall nochmal eine Nummer Größer kaufen.
Innen ist das Halsband mit weichem Leder gepolstert und schont so den empfindlichen Hals und das Fell des Hundes, die Breite ist optimal um ein unangenehmes einschneiden zu verhindern. Auch die Leine federt schön und sieht noch aus wie neu.

The sizes for our dog collars from our nobile and leather collection are as follows:
The measurement is taken from the buckle to the first/smallest hole or from the buckle to the largest/last hole of the lay-down collar. Attention: The length and not the circumference is measured. Due to the thickness of the leather, 2-3 cm must be subtracted from the indicated length when the collar is closed. For example, if the dog's neck circumference is 32 cm, the collar should be at least 34 cm long to the first hole when lying down (this would be size S for our collars).
