Package status
With the shipment notification you will receive The tracking number for your package. Via the Parcels App page you can check the current status of your shipment at any time.
Return & Exchange
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs incurred, by reshipping back to the buyer in case of an exchange, will again be borne by William Walker.
The package may be returned using a shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking number. Please send the package to the following address:

Additional information for returns from a non-EU country
Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as a return. If, due to incorrect labeling, acceptance of the return is only possible against payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount.
Paracord offers the advantage that it does not rot when wet and also dries quickly. The Paracord products can therefore be cleaned very well with water. For best results, we recommend soaking the collar/leash in warm water with gentle detergent (e.g. wool detergent) for 2 hours. It can then be washed in the washing machine at 30°C on the "easy care" setting. Please note that frequent washing accelerates the aging process and can cause the color intensity to decrease.

Ich bin echt ein richtiger William Walker Fan geworden. Nicht nur aufgrund der Qualität sondern auch aufgrund der Liebe zum detail! Ich werde immer wieder drauf angesprochen und habe mir mittlerweile schon mehrere Sets zugelegt. Ich habe mich jetzt das erste mal an paracord getraut und bin begeistert.

Dass Halsband ist sehr schön! Es ist super verarbeitet und liebevoll verpackt.
Ich habe einen Labrador Welpen, sie Wächst zwar aus den Halsbändern schnell raus, weshalb ich auch schon das zweite gekauft habe ist aber nicht schlimm. Weil ich dieses Halsband sehr schön finde. Der preis mag zwar vielleicht erstmal etwas abschrecken, aber das ist es durchaus Wert. Ich habe nun auch die leine bestellt (da wächst sie ja nicht raus).
Also wir bleiben durchaus weiterhin gerne Kunden.
Übrigens hatte ich mich auch gewundert warum dass neue Halsband dünner ist, das lag wohl an einer Änderung der Verarbeitung. Ich muss sagen jetzt gefällt mir das Halsband sogar noch besser, da es nicht mehr so wuchtig wirkt.

Soeben kam unser zweites Halsband, eine Nummer größer an. Es hatte geheißen, man hat Veränderungen vorgenommen und das Lederband/ Biothane, verstärkt, um das des Einreißens zu verhindern. Leider wird es wieder passieren!
Ich musste aber feststellen, dass die Schnallen ausgetauscht wurden und die Knüpfung viel schlanker geworden ist . Dadurch ist es nicht mehr so **** und die Schnallen sind nicht mehr so massiv. Insgesamt ist das Halsband jetzt viel leichter und somit angenehmer für den Hundeliebling. Mir gefällt es nach wie vor sehr gut ,wobei der Preis auch ziemlich hoch ist.
