Even though leather products age individually over time and tell their own story, proper care is absolutely recommended for the longest possible life expectancy. The Plain collection is considered very durable and easy to care for compared to other conventional leather products.

For cleaning the leather, a cloth moistened with water in combination with proper rubbing is sufficient. Afterwards, the remaining moisture should be absorbed with a dry cloth.

For care, the William Walker leather detergent Clean and waterproofing spray Protect as well as greasing with beeswax or a commercially available leather balm are suitable. The leather products of the Plain collection are not suitable for swimming and should be protected from extreme moisture.

Shipping costs depend on the order value and the shipping country. The various regulations are listed in the tables below.

Delivery is made by Swiss Post. There are no additional taxes, duties, or fees.

* Express orders received by us by 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same working day. Please note that no Saturday delivery is available for express shipments in Germany. Furthermore, only small items can be sent by express. Large and heavy packages such as dog beds cannot be sent by express. In this case, the order will be dispatched by standard or premium shipping, and the express shipping fees will be refunded.

** If delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before placing the order. Shipments to Switzerland are always sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). So there are no further charges for you.

Package Status

With the shipping notification, you will receive the tracking number for your package. You can then track the current status of your delivery at the Parcels App website at any time.  

Returns & Exchange (Switzerland - see notes below)

The cost of returning the item must be borne by the buyer. The package can be returned via a shipping service of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number. Please send the package exclusively to the following address:

Additional info for returns from a non-EU country

Please ensure that returns from a non-EU country are declared as a return. If receiving the return is only possible against a fee due to incorrect labeling, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the incurred costs from the refund amount.

Return policy for Switzerland 

Once your order has been imported into Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. The email contains a link where you can register your return. Registering the return is mandatory, as otherwise, we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. You will find detailed instructions in your package. Alternatively, you can download the information sheet here.

In your package, we have already provided you with a return label. The following costs apply for the return label, which will be deducted from the refund:
Packages up to 2kg - 20 CHF
Packages over 2kg - 30 CHF

Exchange policy

If you would like to exchange a product, we ask you to return your product as described above and simply reorder your desired product in our online Shop.
